How long will it take my order to ship?

We understand that getting your order quickly is important to you! We will ship your order within 2 business days.

How long does delivery take?

NZ - North Island orders will take 1-2 business days to be delivered, and South Island orders will take 2-3 business days. For rural delivery please allow 1-2 days longer. 

Australia - orders are shipped by NZ Post and take 6-12 working days. However occasionally some parcels are still experiencing further delays. If your parcel is urgent please contact us for FEDEX shipping rates.   

How much is shipping?

NZ - Shipping within NZ is a flat rate of $6.00. Free NZ shipping applies to orders over $69.00 

Australia - Shipping to Australia is a flat rate of $12.50. Free Australia shipping applies to orders over $150.00

Yes! We can ship anywhere in the world except USA and Canada. Please contact us for international shipping costs.
