How long will it take my order to ship?

We understand that getting your order quickly is important to you! We endeavour to ship your order the next business day.  

How long does delivery take?

NZ - North Island orders will take 1-2 business days to be delivered, and South Island orders will take 2-3 business days. For rural delivery please allow 1-2 days longer. 

Australia - orders are shipped by NZ Post and take 5-10 working days. However occasionally some parcels are still experiencing further delays. If your parcel is urgent please contact us for FEDEX shipping rates.   

How much is shipping?

NZ - Shipping within NZ is a flat rate of $6.00. Free NZ shipping applies to orders over $69.00 

Australia - Shipping to Australia is a flat rate of $12.50. Free Australia shipping applies to orders over $150.00

Yes! We can ship anywhere in the world except USA and Canada. Please contact us for international shipping costs.
